One of the great advantages of online business travel is that you can find special deals whenever they appear. Hotels need to fill their rooms, and there are often price variations to be found.

The final choice you need to make is whether to handle your online business travel yourself, or let an agent handle the whole trip for you. The agent will not have the same incentive to save every penny that you will have, but they will still want to provide a level of service which will bring you back again. The time which the agent will spend is time that you will save for yourself, so don't overlook this if your business is having a very busy time. You may be a bargain through the agent's contacts, and you'll still save money on your online business travel.
