Is it just me or is the time actually going by really fast? Seems like yesterday that it was July and now August has arrived. For children, holidays are nearing the end. Now is the perfect time to actually go on the trip that you have been planning since the start of summer break. Otherwise the whole thing will be postponed till next year. I don’t think you would want that. Live in the moment and enjoy the last free days to the fullest. Now that I have convinced you to take the holiday, I think I should help you with the travel planning too. If I don’t, you will probably spend weeks wasting time without even reaching a decision. My traveler mind wants to help you all as much as possible. The good news is that you are already in luck. World in August is the best time to travel. Numerous events take place in this month all across the globe. You can select which country to visit on the basis of these events. Travel planning according to these events will be extremely interesting and the trip will definitely be a good one. I will only be highlighting the events of countries which are worth of a visit

Ecuador, a small country in South America is a nice place to visit. On August 10th, the country observes its independence day. The day is celebrated in a great way and Independence Day parades are taken out on the streets. The country has a lot to offer for tourists and the trip will only be more interesting if the 10th falls within it.

Zimbabwe is a truly beautiful country. On 11th August it celebrates ‘Heroes Day’ to honor its citizens who have been given the title of a hero.

On 11th August, Chad celebrates its independence day with as much zeal as other countries. Music, dance, parades and political speeches make the day an interesting one.

Beautiful Thailand celebrates Queens Day on August 12th. It is a national holiday and since the Queen is the mother to all residents, many refer to it also as the ‘Mothers day’. Thai people celebrate the day displaying love and happiness. Being present as the festivities take place is a wonderful experience.

Pakistan, neighbor to India celebrates its independence day on August 14th. This Asian country has a heavenly northern side and the modern urban cities guarantee a fun time. Independence Day is celebrated throughout the country with great enthusiasm. Rallies, fireworks, parades, musical festivals, and cultural events make the day very exciting. All the main buildings are decorated with flags and lights.

Zimbabwe celebrates the ‘Armed Forces Day’ on August 15th. After its independence celebrations on 11th, the patriotism and happiness continue on 15th too.

Home to the stunning ‘Taj Mahal’, India celebrates its independence day on August 15th. Visitors have honored the country with the title of “Incredible India”. The title is pretty much self-explanatory.

Siena, a city in Tuscany, Italy celebrates the ancient festival called II Palio on August 16th. It is basically a horse race. But definitely, the most fun race that you will ever witness. While travel planning, make sure Siena is given a priority because it really is a very exciting place.
